Well I just finished watching my favorite movie, It’s a Wonderful Life, which means that for me the Advent /Christmas season has officially begun. I’ve never really celebrated Advent with my children before but thanks to the inspiration I received at O Night Divine and Real Learning, I am very excited about Advent. I have the supplies ready to make an Advent Wreath (the 10/15 entry), Advent Cubes and a paper nativity with my children. Also I’ve gathered books for the season I learned about by clicking on the Advent/Christmas link at Real Learning and in the book Catholic Mosaic. And being that we are embarking on the beginning of the Church year, I am currently trying to decide which wall to use to post our Liturgical Calendar project from A Year With God. Oh there is so much to look forward to over this coming month…

What a wonderful start! Isn’t the Advent season so full of promise, especially when raising up our youngens? I am putting your blog in my favorites list and am looking forward to reading more soon! God bless you.
