Our final morning was spent exploring the southern half of Central Park and nursing our very sore muscles.
We couch potatoes just aren’t accustomed to 3 to 5 hours of walking per day on the hard sidewalks of NYC. We both agreed that because there was so much to see and because we were enjoying our time together so much, we could have spent a few more days. However, physically we were ready to say "Uncle". We both put our feet up and took a snooze on the limo ride home. So now we are back to reality (four children, five dogs, and lots of chaos!!!) but quite frankly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. As my mother always says, "It’s nice to go away and it’s nice to come home again!!!"

Isn’t it the truth! I was never in such good shape as when I lived in London and had to walk everywhere. I ate two Cadburys a day, and was slim!
I’m glad you enjoyed the city, and now you can enjoy the suburbs at Christmastime.
