I posted a few days ago about my 4 weeks of menus and my yummy fajitas. City Mom requested that I post my menus, so here they are:
Week 1:
Sunday: Crock-pot Pot Roast w/ carrots, onions, and potatoes, salad
Monday: Crock-pot Lasagna, salad
Tuesday: Crock-pot Chicken, mashed potatoes, salad
Wednesday: Pasta w/ butter, ricotta, and peas, salad
Thursday: Chicken Fajitas, rice in chicken broth, salad
Friday: Homemade Pizza, salad
Saturday: Sloppy Joe’s w/ ground turkey, rolls, sweet potato fries, salad
Week 2:
Sunday: Meatballs, pasta w/ tomato sauce, ricotta, grating cheese, salad
Monday: Crock-pot Mexican Casserole, salad
Tuesday: Chicken Rice Divan, salad
Wednesday: Layered Bean Dip, tortilla chips, salad
Thursday: Baked chicken, baked potatoes w/ cheddar cheese, salad
Friday: Macaroni & Cheese, salad
Saturday: Cheeseburgers, potato rolls, chips, corn, salad
Week 3:
Sunday: Meatloaf, oven fries, steamed broccoli, salad
Monday: Crock-pot Beef Stew, egg noodles, salad
Tuesday: Honey Baked Chicken, sweet potato fries, salad
Wednesday: Boneless pork chops in teriyaki sauce, mashed potatoes, salad
Thursday: “Yost”-idoes w/ chicken, rice, salad
Friday: Cheeseburger Quiche, oven fries, salad
Saturday: Tacos w/ ground turkey, salad
Week 4:
Sunday: Meatballs, pasta w/ tomato sauce, ricotta, grating cheese, salad
Monday: Crock-pot Mexican Lasagna, salad
Tuesday: Baked Chicken, oven fries, salad
Wednesday: Chili w/ cheese, salad
Thursday: Turkey Pot Pie w/ Stuffing Crust, salad
