Yesterday Hope and I tackled the dreaded task of cleaning the refrigerator. Needless to say, it was long overdue!!! While we were busy cleaning, Peter decided to help himself to the Hershey’s chocolate syrup. I didn’t get a picture of him in the act but you can see the yummy results!!! Check out a funny post at Carpe Canum (I’m told this is Latin for “Seize the Dog”) because we can all use a laugh as we prepare to be thankful on Thursday!!! Since some have asked, Peter is doing great with his potty training. We are making steady progress every day. It must be the “potty training outfits”!!! And my head potty trainer, Hope, deserves major kudos!!! Well today is the day – the day we started potty training Peter!!! When I returned from an appointment this morning, two of my children had dressed up as “Potty trainers”. Funny, I didn’t know that there was a uniform for potty training??? They insisted that I take pictures for the them [...] Well you’ll have to be a die-hard SciFi fan to appreciate this story. My husband loves “Doctor Who” and his favorite Doctor Who (there have been many over the last 40 years) is Tom Baker. Recently he borrowed “The Genesis of the Daleks” with Tom Baker from the library. It is from [...] Don’t know how well this anecdote will translate into words but I thought I’d try to share it anyway… While picking up the house with the children this morning, my son Lenny (11) started complaining about his lot in life or something to that effect.
