A Chip That I Can Eat Without (Much) Guilt

Just thought I’d share with you about a chip that I have “discovered”. They are Lentil Chips and boy, am I enjoying them!!! In fact I just ordered a case from Amazon.com. I have only tried the Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper flavor. They have a nice kick. My favorite part is that there are about 22 chips to a 110 calorie serving. Here’s a link.

Before the diploma ceremony, Hope shared a quiet moment with her brother Lenny (who was the MC for the mass). I am so happy that they are such good friends…

Father Kedjierski presented Hope with her High School diploma after embarrassing her by enumerating her accomplishments…

Here’s the family after the diploma ceremony. Afterward, Father celebrated a beautiful traditional Latin Mass for our family and friends.
